MY APPROACH

Lift & Live focuses on teaching how to live a balanced lifestyle and prioritizing putting yourself first. I offer personalized training programs and nutrition plans to help you learn how to lift stronger, be stronger, and live stronger. "I have never had a personal trainer/coach before and I must say I am very impressed and could not have gotten through these last 6 weeks without you. Changing our lifestyle completely is very scary and as you know I had a few meltdowns along the way, but you always knew the right things to say to get me out of my funk and help me realize what a gift I am giving my body by clean, healthy eating and working out. It's been a huge learning experience on how to eat properly and you have helped every step of the way.
